Job description:
A Digital Marketing Analyst plans, executes and optimizes online marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement and revenue growth. This role combines content, paid media, SEO, email, social and analytics to deliver measurable results and support overall marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels: SEM (Google Ads), social media (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/Twitter/X, TikTok as relevant), display, and remarketing.
- Execute on-site and off-site SEO: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO checks, content recommendations, and link-building support.
- Create , edit and optimize content for web, blog, email and social channels in line with brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Manage email marketing and marketing automation workflows (segmentation, A/B tests, nurture flows, performance tracking).
- Monitor, analyze and report campaign performance (KPIs, ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversion rates) and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Maintain and update website/CMS content; collaborate with developers/ designers for landing pages and CRO tests.
- Create and edit banners, videos, creatives on tools like canva.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies for paid campaigns; ensure efficient spend and ROI tracking.
- Stay up to date with digital trends, platform changes and competitor activity; experiment with new channels and formats.
- Support events, webinars, and other integrated marketing activities when required.
Required qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–5 years of digital marketing experience (adjust depending on seniority).
- Proven experience running paid search and social campaigns with measurable results.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and on-page technical fundamentals.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo) and marketing automation.
- Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics/GA4, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio/Looker Studio).
- Comfortable working with CMS platforms (Zoho, Calling Software like teleCMI, WordPress, or similar).
