Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization’s IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and computer systems.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Create and manage user accounts, passwords, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure system access.
- Manage and maintain the organization’s internet, intranet, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity.
- Perform regular diagnostic tests, system monitoring, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT processes, configurations, assets, and technical procedures.
- Perform regular data backups, archiving, and system maintenance to ensure data security and availability.
- Develop and implement data retrieval, backup, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Provide timely technical support to end users and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Design and implement effective end-user feedback and error-reporting systems to improve IT support and system performance.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and smooth functioning of all IT systems and infrastructure.
- Stay updated with the latest IT technologies, cybersecurity practices, and industry best practices to continuously improve the organization’s IT environment.
