Key Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Organization Sign-Up
Lead the end-to-end onboarding of organizations, including needs assessment, scope finalization, and alignment of psychological interventions with business goals.
- Organizational Diagnosis & Assessment
Conduct organizational assessments (culture, climate, leadership, engagement, and performance) using validated psychological tools and frameworks.
- Team Building Strategy & Design
Design evidence-based team-building interventions to improve collaboration, trust, communication, and conflict resolution.
- Workshop Design & Development
Conceptualize, develop, and customize workshops on leadership, emotional intelligence, resilience, change management, and workplace well-being.
- Workshop Facilitation & Delivery
Lead high-impact, interactive workshops (in-person and virtual) for leadership teams, managers, and employees.
- Leadership Coaching & Development
Provide one-on-one and group coaching for leaders to enhance decision-making, people management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Team & Internal Capability Building
Build, mentor, and supervise a team of psychologists, trainers, and facilitators to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery.
- Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and HR stakeholders, ensuring strong relationships and successful program outcomes.
- Impact Measurement & Reporting
Evaluate program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics; prepare reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Thought Leadership & Practice Development
Contribute to practice growth through research, content creation, innovation in intervention models, and representation in professional forums.
