• Prescription form and Medicine Chart should be Transcribed.
• Add Observation, Medical Complaints & risk assessment notes in the patient’s file.
• Maintain the Register.
• Medical consultation in another hospital.
• Inhouse consultation.
• Pick up of involuntary admissions.
• Arrange the pickup team.
• RTMs Therapy.
• Psychoeducation regarding patient’s abnormal reports and also major medical illnesses like HCV, ALD, THYROID, etc.
• Doctor round in morning & night.
• Team Member in ECT Therapy.
• General Medical care of patients.
• On night shift Arrange required medicines & blood investigations.
• Check Medicines in morning, afternoon & night duty.
• Prepare the DISCHARGE/LAMA summary.
• At the time of DISCHARGE/LAMA patient’s medicine should be prescribed in practice.
• Handle emergencies at night times.
• Handle patient’s admission at night with the permission of the consultant.
• During admission take a history of the patient in the nighttime.
• Adjustment in sports sessions of patients.
• Make phone calls for patients at night while psychologists are not available in the hospital.
• Solve dietary issues at night times.
• Complaint counseling regarding medicines.
• Disulphiram & naltrexone concept regarding Psychoeducation.
• During admission perform Physical examination & patient induction.
