- Psycho-Social Formulation and Care Plan for the Patient.
- Rehabilitation of the patient.
- Individual and Group Sessions.
- Family and Couple’s Therapy.
- Providing Recreational Therapies.
- Program planning and development of patient’s daily activities and group therapies.
- Occupational/Vocational Therapy.
- Devising discharge and post-discharge care plans at consensus with the multidisciplinary team.
- Providing Referral Services.
- Providing education and resources.
- Providing guidance in terms of government rules and regulations and privileges for mental health patients.
- Upholding the Human Rights of Psychiatric Patients.
- Conducting Workshops and Awareness programs in the community.
- Conducting Workshops and Promoting Mental Wellness in schools, colleges, industries, and workplaces.
- Providing relevant training to staff as well as juniors.
- Maintaining records as per the organizational requirement.
- Responsible for all other necessary compliance-related documentation or process flows with regard to Accreditation standards and patient safety.
